This photo, from the 16ft Skiff State Titles held in October 2004, shows the problems that only ever occur during regattas. First, and most obvious, is the BIG SHIP. We only ever get these on regatta days. Second is the slack breeze. On normal race days all we ever get is 15 to 20 knot seabreezes. Honest.
